About the Hoot

At Rice University, late-night cravings are common for students burning the midnight oil. That's why a group of enterprising students started The Hoot, a food enterprise catering to these late-night cravings. Using our culinary skills and business savvy, we set up shop on campus, serving up piping hot and delicious food to hungry students.
